6-hour production window. $750 flat, equal to $125 per hour.

We accept one production per day. That production receives full and undivided use of the 4,500 sq ft facility for the booking window.

• 2,000 sq ft sound-treated stage, not soundproof
• 45 × 40 ft stage floor with full blackout
• 25 × 25 ft pre-lit white cyc
• 18 ft ceiling with the lighting grid at 13.5 ft
• 200 sq ft green room
• 200 sq ft hair and makeup room
• 1,000 sq ft flex and staging space
• Two kitchens and a client lounge
• Truck-height loading dock, 4 ft high, with an 8 × 10 ft door
• High-speed WiFi and free on-site parking

Included equipment and support

• Four Aputure Nova P300c lights
• Six C-stands
• Ten sound blankets
• Apple boxes, tables, and chairs
• Direct access to a studio and equipment manager

Optional equipment

Cameras, lenses, and additional or specialty lighting and grip are available through Viva Camera in the same building. Equipment is billed separately. Studio clients receive a fixed 25% discount.

Access

The facility is staffed Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Confirmed productions can arrange early, late, weekend, and overnight access.
